It is our mission to ship your parts within 5 business days via UPS Ground. We take great pride in shipping our items quicky and keeping them on the shelf. If some items are in low stock, we will make note of it on the item page or email you directly.
We will always stay in regular contact with you on the status of your order and you can check in with us at any time to find the status of your order. Relax, you're in good hands!
Return and Exchange Policy
All standard products must be returned postmarked within 30 calendar days of purchase. Buyer must pay all shipping fees for the return and the sale is subject to a restocking fee if the order is damaged, opened, or if it is a custom order. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the customer is responsible for all losses and fees. If the item is returned outside of the 30 day window, we may still be able to refund the customer based on the details.
As always, we strive to take care of our customers by any reasonable means necessary and will work with the customer to find a suitable solution that benefits both parties. Please reach out to us if you have an issue with our products. We want to make the absolute best parts and
soutions for you, so please let us know if we haven't done that and we'll correct the issue immediately.
We do give refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the order. Custom orders are not subject to full refunds due to the nature of the order. Standard products subject to restocking fee outlined above if outside the normal return window or
